What's 「Comfo float foam®」?

「Comfo Float Foam®」is a new development foam having super high elasticity.The body pressure dispersion performance and the easiness of rolling over can be provide in the foam. There will be many kinds of uses with high air conductivity and durability in the future.

Higher elasticity than conventional foams

「comfo float foam®」is new foam having an impact resilience of more than 70%. That means dropping an iron ball from the height of 100cm to the foamon the ground and rebounding to 70cm.

Two different features

 
寝返りコンポジット:英語       「Comfo Float Foam®」is capable of supporting the body of a plain, but sinking softly by points. This foam provides a user with good body pressure dispering performance and gives the easiness of rolling over at the same time.
 
 Soft foam has higher body pressure dispersion performance as usual because it gets a superior level when the body contact surface is increased. On the other hand, rolling over in the bed becomes easier with not a soft foam but a elastic foam. Therefore, it has been hard to get compatibility between these two conflicting functions. And now「Comfo Float foam®」 exhibits excellent performance in both functions.

Higher air conductivity in other foam with same density

This foam has higher air conductivity in other same indensity foam. So it is possible to use this foam for the products with keeping high indensity and high air conductivity.

Highest durability rank of "X class" in Japanese Industrial Standards.

On the test which is "the reduction hardness" in the index of durability,「Comfo Float Foam®」conforms to the highest rank of "X class" in Japanese Industrial Standards「JIS K6400-4」. It is capable of keeping good use feeling such as the first time.
